Spicy Chili Garlic Noodles


Fried up some ground pork, added in a bunch of smashed up Thai Chiles and garlic as well as a couple of shallots, added a tablespoon each of light and dark soy sauce plus some oyster sauce, tossed it with a couple tablespoons of chili crunch and fresh wonton noodles then some scallions at the end.

Nice and garlicky, spicy, and numbing from the Sichuan peppercorns in the chili crunch plus a nice umami background.
