My peppers terminated 3 – 4 weeks ago. I plan to repot them in another 2-3 weeks before I transplant them outside. I was considering giving them an occasional shot of fertilizer to stimulate growth. What are your thoughts on fertilizer at this stage of growth?

Maybe try a very diluted mix on 2 or 3 of them and see if that does anything positive or negative before feeding all of your plants and risking nitrogen burn. They’re still pretty young
Some of them are kinda small still. Wait another week or so and start with a quarter or half-feed
