Progress way to slow und not looking good. Need help!

Hey everyone,

I started my seeds in late January and progress is way to slow and im afraid that they will not be ready in time to go outside.
Maybe some details first on my setup:

Im using BioBizz Light Mix as soil. Light is Marshydro TS1000 which was running at 50% Intensity and now at 25% because i was afraind Intensity was too much. It runs at a 40cm distance for 16 hours daily. Started to use some light 3-2-3 fertilizer last week, leaves are looking a little better since then and I noticed a little growth, but still not enough.
I grew some Aji Charapitas last year and had no problems at all using the same setup.

One of the reasons they are so slow: I repotted them way too early. They had no true leaves yet and I replanted them from the starter cells into these small pots, because I still had hope for the other seeds to pop up (spoiler: they didnt). Since then they have been busy growing roots. I can see that they reached the end of the pots, but progress is still way to slow on leaves.

Leaves have some strange colour mix from yellow to purple. Yellow has been going back since feritlizing. But also the leavey are hiding/curling up and plants are way to compact and not stretching out.

I'm looking forward to making some nice hot sauce in autumn, so any kind of feedback would be appreciated 🙂
