I love pepper bacon and the price is now $22 a pound and now the packs are 12oz instead of 16oz.
My preferred method to cook bacon is on a sheet on parchment paper in a cookie pan. Then I sprinkled it with some coat ground pepper tat I have on hand in my pantry and baked it till It was crispy; like I like it! Saved $2

Kosher salt? you mean pepper?
I won an award one year. I used lemon pepper on my bacon and put it on a cheeseburger. Judges loved it….👍🍻
