Stir in soy sauce, a little salt and pepper, and a small splash of water, then mix well. Add tomato ketchup and chili sauce for sweetness and heat, then return the fried tofu to the pan and gently toss so the tofu gets coated in the sauce. Let it cook for a few minutes until the ketchup-based sauce thickens and clings to the tofu. Finish by sprinkling chopped spring onions on top and serve hot. 🌶️🍲
