The slow cooker used in the video is Hamilton Crock pot – 6 quart, Can also be used in both,
1. Instant pot at normal setting, cook on high for 10 mins.
2. In normal pressure cooker, cook for 3 whistles at medium heat.
Serving: 4
Preparation time: 15mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
For making Mumbai style Bhaji:
2 nos Medium Onion, Chopped
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 cup Green Bell peppers / Capsicum
1 no Medium Carrot
1/2 cups Beetroot
1/2 cup Green peas (fresh or frozen)
3 nos Medium Tomato, chopped
1 no Medium Potato, chopped
1 cup Cauliflower, chopped
1 tsp Jeera / Cumin
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander power
1 tsp Kashmiri Red chili powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tbsp Pav baji masala powder
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Salt (as required)
2 cups Water
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
Coriander leaves, chopped
Seasoning Pav / Bun:
8 nos Pav bun
2 tbsp Butter
Coriander leaves chopped
1/4 tsp Kashmiri Chili powder
1/4 tsp Pav bhaji masala powder
Side garnish:
Cucumber slices
Chopped Onions
Lemon wedges
1 cube butter on top
Few Coriander on top of bhaji
