Ingredients
1 lbs chicken breast diced
1 cup Rotini pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Protein sauce
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
3 cup broccoli florets(blend into sauce)
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup mozzarella
Directions boil pasta and last 3 minutes add in broccoli then remove broccoli to blender. Cook chicken in olive oil for 6-8 minutes with seasoning.
Remove. Blend sauce with cottage cheese, parm, garlic, broth, and Dijon blend smooth.
Add sauce into pan on medium heat. Put your pasta and chicken toss. Finish extra parm and additional red pepper flakes. Enjoy this just like I did!
