Ingredients
Brinjal – 1/4 kg
Oil- 100 ml
Mustard – 1 Tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 Tsp
Coriander Seeds – 1 Tsp
Fennel Seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Black Pepper – 1/2 Tsp
Shallots – 150 to 200 g
Tomato – 2 Nos
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp
Attimasudi – 1Tbsp

Dry Red Chilli – 1/2 Kg
Coriander Seeds – 1/4 Kg
Roasted Gram – 100g
Raw Rice – 100g
Pepper – 25g
Fenugreek – 25g
Fennel Seeds – 25g
Cumin Seeds – 50g

  10. I also live in ooty. I have never heard of baduga people making this receipe. They make only motchai and potato curry. I think this person in making bangalore receipe also. I really don't know. Can anyone please educate me.
