For me its gotta be the mexican pizza. This messy, and imo, pretty bland, shit seems to be absolutely loved by many and I don't personally get it.
Maybe its my bias towards their cheesy items though as this isnt very cheesy to me. Maybe some of my favorites are some of you guys' overrated items lol. Top 5 for me are
1: Grilled cheese burrito
2: Toasted cheddar chalupas
3: Loaded garlic steak nacho fries
4: Shredded chicken quesarito
5: Crunchwrap supreme

Those two are by far my most “overrated” items as an employee. As in, people order them constantly and they have very low value for money (in my opinion). You can get a whole box for the cost of either item.
I worked at Taco Bell many moons ago and I was always perplexed when ppl ordered the Mexican pizza, Meximelt and enchiladas. Something about steaming them with that enchilada sauce threw me off.

I’m going to say the Cheez-it Crunchwrap was the worst thing I ever tried at Taco Bell. Sometimes I mourn when things are taken off the menu. Not with that.
Chunchwrap is not overrated – it’s probably their best item hands down
