These Middle Eastern “Sushi” Rolls are going to become a family favorite in your house. Here’s how you make them.
Ingredients:
– Lavash Bread
– Ground Beef
– White Onion
– Garlic
– Fresh Parsley
– Coriander
– Cinnamon
– Seven Spice
– Salt & Pepper
Step 1: Prep the Filling
Finely mince or grate the onion and squeeze out as much of the moisture as you can. Add to a bowl along with ground beef, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, coriander, cinnamon, and seven spice.
Mix until all of the ingredients are well-combined.
Step 2: Assemble the Rolls
Lay a piece of lavash bread flat before adding some of the meat mixture, patting it down until there’s a thin, even layer across the whole piece.
Starting at one end, carefully roll into a spiral. Place the roll seam-side-down on a cutting board before slicing it into even pieces.
Step 3: Cook the Rolls
Preheat the air fryer to 400º. Line a baking sheet with some parchment paper, add the roll pieces, and drizzle with olive oil.
Air fry for at least 10 minutes, or until the beef is fully cooked, and the rolls are golden. Dip in toum, tzatziki, or your favorite sauces and dig in.
This is such a fun recipe to make with your kids, and they’re absolutely going to love eating them, too.
Trust me, you’re going to want to make these ASAP.

At least it explains why people in the middle east are a lot more fat than those in Japan. Their food is so much more delicious than those standard sushi's.
