never grown scotch bonnet before, but im pretty sure the first plant is not a scotch bonnet 😀 maybe the 2nd plant (last pic) not sure. I'm not even mad, they are the best growing and producing plants so far.
i also used a vibrator for pollination with great success. i have another round of moa scotch bonnets, but they just germinated.
