This Cheese Chilli Bhakhari is a healthy and unique twist — made with homemade bhakhari base.
Loaded with veggies, cheese and flavours, this snack is crispy, cheesy and super satisfying. Perfect for evening snack or quick meal!
🧾 Ingredients
– For Topping Mixture
Capsicum (chopped)
Onion (chopped)
Green chillies
Garlic
Processed cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Salt
Black pepper
Chilli flakes
Oregano
Coriander leaves
Butter
Milk (little)
– For Base
Bhakhari (homemade)
👩🍳 Method
– In a bowl mix capsicum, onion, green chillies, garlic, cheeses, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, oregano, coriander, butter and little milk. Mash lightly.
– Roll bhakhari, cut into round shape and poke with fork.
– Cook bhakhari lightly on tawa (not fully cooked).
– Spread prepared mixture on bhakhari.
– In a kadai add little butter, place bhakhari and cook until cheese melts.
– Serve hot.
