Tiramisu balls

Ingredients:
Ladyfingers or plain sponge cake 150 gm, crushed into fine crumbs
Cream cheese 200 gm
Icing sugar 70 gm sifted
coffee 2 tsp (dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water, cooled)
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder, for rolling
Melted dark chocolate, for dipping/coating

Method:
Dissolve instant coffee in hot water and let it cool completely. Pulse ladyfingers into fine crumbs. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. Add cooled coffee mix and cocoa powder. Mix well. Add biscuit crumbs and mix until a soft dough forms. Roll into balls. Roll in cocoa powder or dip in melted dark chocolate. Chill & serve with cream.

Cream :
Ingredients
Mascarpone 125 gm
Icing sugar 40 gm
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Whipping cream 100 gm

Method:
Whip cream to soft peaks, keep aside. Beat mascarpone and icing sugar until smooth.
Add vanilla and mix. Fold in whipped cream gently. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.

Lemon Pepper Chicken Karahi
Ingredients :
Marination:
1 kg chicken
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tbsp coriander powder
½ tsp white pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
Juice of 2 lemons
1 cup yogurt
100 ml cream
Other ingredients:
⅓ cup oil
50 gm butter
2 tbsp whole spices
2 chopped onions
1 tbsp ginger, garlic green chilli paste
Lemon slices
2 large slit Green chillies
small knob of butter
extra black pepper

Method
Mix everything well and marinate the chicken. Set aside. Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add whole spices. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Add ginger, garlic & green chilli paste. Add the marinated chicken and ½ cup water. Cover and cook on low flame for 20 minutes. When oil separates, finish the dish with lemon slices, green chillies, a small knob of butter and extra black pepper to sprinkle on top.
