Noticed I have three different pepper plants looking like they were struggling. Thought it was my watering, come to find this under almost all the leaves on all. Anyone know what it is? And what I can do to help this plant get back to health?
I'm growing Serrano, Anaheim, Habanero.

So, besides the mold it looks like you have some edema.
Reduce watering, and lower the relative humidity (or raise the VPD, if you’re into that).
I would just pick off the affected leaves and dispose of them far from the plants.
