Habaneros ripening pea-size

What's up guys, does anybody know what my habaneros would be ripening like this? The first pepper off this plant was a normal orange habanero, but every pepper after looks like this. My jalapeño and other habanero plants are not producing at all, although all three plants are flowering. My best guess would be maybe heat stress? They're on a concrete balcony in a country that gets very hot
