    My Mom used to make a hashbrown patty recipe that she used to make for a light breakfast or lunch. I recall she pan fried the hashbrown patties until they were browned/crispy…then she put them on a cookie sheet and then topped them with sliced tomatoes, sliced avocado, salt and pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese…then baked them until hot and the cheese was melted. I don't recall there being anything else added to it, but I think adding some small strips of bacon would add a nice touch to it. I used to love eating them when she made them, but I haven't had them in quite a few years since she passed away.

    I'm thinking instead of pizza crust, layer the hash browns on bottom of a pan, you choose size, bake until crispy and top as in pizza, make it your own. Eat with a fork as in any of these. Happy Spring and Happy Easter!

    Mandy on the PULLED PORK BBQ I think slaw on top would be delicious. Also on top of the hash browns patties. Try to put cream cheese jalapeños slices & wrap bacon strips around them bake in the air fryer like a jalapeño poppers. These all looked delicious. GOD BLESS from Julie West Central Indiana Farmland

    BEFORE AND AFTER MAKING….. I don't have the patties, but i have tater tots ! Im going to partly thaw, enough so i can smash together to form a patty. Let it crisp up enough to stay together wnen flipped. … started this comment before i made.

    Thanks for these ideas. My oldest daughter is celiac and can't have bread and the gluten free bread is all pretty much barely edible. These would make a great meal for her.

    So funny that this is on Passover week. Get some ideas from latkes! Smoked salmon with cream cheese is the best.
