Afghani Chicken Wrap:
Ingredients
Chicken & Marinade
– 2 large chicken breasts (scored)
– Β½ cup yogurt
Green paste:

(1-onion,
1-1.5 inch ginger,
4-5 garlic,
3-4 green chilli,
handful coriander leaves)

Spices:
Black pepper 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin 2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp

– Salt,chaat masala, kasoori methi
– Juice of Β½ lemon

White Sauce:
– Β½ cup low-fat cream
– Pan drippings( leftover Juices )
– Finely chopped garlic & Coriander leaves
– Salt, black pepper

Assembly
– 1 tortilla/roti
– Sliced onions & tomatoes
– Butter/oil

Method
1. Marinate & Cook
Chicken + marinade β†’ cook low-medium until tender.
2. Chop
Rest, then dice into chunks.
3. Whisk Sauce
Cream + pan juices + garlic + cilantro β†’ smooth, seasoned.
4. Assemble
Tortilla β†’ sauce β†’ chicken β†’ salad β†’ more sauce.
5. Finish
Roll tight. Toast until golden.
