Ingredients;
• 2–3 medium potatoes
• Cold water (for soaking)
• ½ tbsp black pepper powder
• ½ tbsp red chilli powder
• ½ tbsp cumin powder
• ½ tbsp Peri Peri Masala
• ½ tbsp turmeric powder

For batter:
• 1 cup besan (gram flour)
• 1 tbsp chilli flakes
• 1 tbsp coriander (dry)
• ½ tbsp black pepper powder
• ½ tbsp garam masala
• 1 tbsp dried Kasuri Methi
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
•1 tbsp Oregano
• Warm water (as needed)

Method of Preparation:
1. Slice potatoes and wash them.
2. Soak in cold water for 3–5 minutes.
3. Strain, pat dry, and transfer to a bowl.
4. Add all potato spices and massage well.
5. Rest for 30 minutes.
6. In another bowl, add besan, all batter spices & salt.
7. Add warm water gradually to make a medium-thick batter.
8. Rest batter for 30 minutes.
9. Heat oil on medium flame.
10. Coat potatoes in batter and fry until golden and crispy.
11. Serve hot with raita or chutney.
