INGREDIENTS
🧀 Paneer
🌶️ Green chilies
🧄 Garlic
🥜 Peanuts
🌿 Fresh coriander
🧂 Salt
🥕 Beans
🥕 Carrot
🥦 Broccoli
🫑 Capsicum
🌶️ Chili flakes
🌿 Oregano
🍚 Cooked rice
🥒 Cucumber
🥣 Curd
🌿 Jeera powder

PREPARATION METHOD
🔥 Heat a pan and add little oil, green chilies, garlic, and peanuts. Fry well
🥣 Grind it with coriander and salt into a coarse paste
🧀 Make slits in paneer and apply the paste evenly
🍳 Roast paneer on both sides until golden and cooked
🍳 In same pan, add little oil, garlic, chili flakes, oregano and fry
🥕 Add vegetables and cook without salt to keep crunch
🧂 Add salt at the end and mix
🍚 For rice, heat pan, add oil, garlic, chili flakes, oregano and fry
🍚 Add cooked rice, salt, coriander and mix well
🥣 Mix curd, grated cucumber, salt, and jeera powder
🍲 Assemble everything in a bowl and enjoy
