– Paneer Cubes – 3-4 nos. (500 gms)
– Flour – 1/2 cup
– Corn flour – 4 tbsp
– Salt to taste
– Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
– Kashmiri Mirch – 3 tsp
– Garam Masala – 1 tsp
– Garlic Powder – 1.5 tsp
– Onion Powder – 1 tsp
– Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
– Dry Mango Powder – 1/2 tsp
– Water as needed
– Panko Bread Crumbs to coat
– Oil for frying

## MAKHNI SAUCE

– Oil – 2 tbsp
– Ghee – 1 tbsp
– Onion – 1 nos.
– Tomatoes – 3 nos.
– Garlic – 6-7 nos.
– Coriander Stems – 5-6 nos.
– Cinnamon – 1/2 stick
– Green Chili – 2 nos.
– Bay Leaf – 1 nos.
– Kashmiri Whole Chili – 6-7 nos.
– Star Anise – 1 nos.
– Green Cardamom – 2 nos.
– Cashews – 10-12 nos.
– Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
– Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
– Kashmiri Chili Powder – 1 tbsp
– Water as needed
– salt to taste

BLEND AND STRAIN

– Oil – 1 tbsp
– Kashmiri Mirch – 1 tbsp
– Garlic chopped – 1 tbsp
– Green Chili – 2 nos. (sliced)
– Honey – 1 tbsp
– Cream – 2 tbsp
– Butter – 3 tbsp
– Garam Masala – 1 tsp
– Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp

## ASSEMBLY

– Toasted Burger Buns
– Spicy Mint Mayo on both buns
– Lettuce
– Crispy Paneer Patty
– Cheese Slice
– Makhni Sauce
– Masaledaar pyaaz
– Top bun
