6. soy sauce- 2 tablespoon
7. salt to taste
8. tomato sauce( 8 oz.)
9. Turmeric – 1 tablespoon
10. 1 to 2 cans of kidney beans
11. 2 can of dice tomato( mild and hot) – 14 oz( 411 grams)
12. 1 can of tomato paste( 8 oz.)
Topping :
1. green onion
2. cheese cheddar
3. sour cream
4. cracker of your brand
