Also, are they looking healthy? I'm sorry guys, i'm from the PH and we don't have some of easily, readily available stuff there here, just really the bare basics. Any advice would be great
Bottom 3rd from right is definitely ready to move.
Honestly, anything after once their first set of true leaves have shown up and gotten to a decent size is fine, if they’re getting a third set like the one above then it’s time to move to at least a 4″. So really the only one without the 3rd set is bottom right atm, but they do look a bit small.

I usually repot into individual starter cups after 1-2 sets of true leaves. So the roots don’t ball up. Mine are 3” starter cups IIRC.
