

Hi everybody! Actually I have never tasted chayote (chuchu) before so wanted to try this time. Found several of recipes across the internet. Made 2 versions to eliminate all of them quickly 😀 Base was kind of the same, the difference only is added corn (to make it a bit more creamier and sweet) and I crushed not all chayote to add some texture. I saw many of people add pumpkin seeds there as well but I didn't have any left so I skipped them then.
Please let me know what you think and if you cook something like it at home time to time. I'd really glad if you share your home recipes with chayote!
