We wanted somewhere to travel to in January to escape the winters of the northern hemisphere. We were deciding between Costa Rica and Mexico, and it was the food that swayed it Mexico’s way. It exceeded expectations! Fell in love with chilaquiles, tlayudas, marquesitas and more. We will definitely be back, to eat our way through this beautiful country. We’ve captured our favourites here:
