I really love the W.Y. hot sauce that I can sometimes find at Chinese restaurants, but have been unable to get it lately. Since the restaurants don’t have it in, I wanted to buy it online, but the manufacturer doesn’t seem to sell directly to consumers, and the only place that I found that was selling them would have charged me $40 in shipping for $20 worth of hot sauce. I’d like to find a suitable replacement but have been unsuccessful so far. Are any of you familiar with the flavor of this hot sauce and do you know of any sauces with a similar flavor profile that I’d be able to buy elsewhere? Thank you.
