I made this for a picnic get together about 6 years ago, and then promptly lost the recipe. 😖
I remember it being really good, served with some tortillas.
I've done several internet searches for salchichas recipes and none of them look quite the way mine looked.
I remember it was made with onion, tomatoes, garlic jalapeños, cilantro… I think it also used Maggi seasoning, but I can't remember what else.
I've tried recreating it a couple times since, but it tasted like it was missing something 🤔
Does anyone have a favorite recipe for salchichas that they'd like to share?
