Transplanted some seedlings from a paper towel into cups on Saturday, but the dirt is still moist/wet?

It's not mud or anything but the soil is still basically the same wetness as it was when I set everything up.

Any way to improve drainage after they've already been planted? I have 4 holes in each plant cup then they're sitting in an empty cup to catch water. I'm also pointing a fan at them to try to dry it out a bit.

This is my first time, I don't wanna hurt the little guys.

If you just added the fan, let it run and they should dry out in no time. The fan will also help to combat damping off while strengthening the stem. I generally keep my fans on a timer that runs for 15 mins every hour.
