The pepper blend was. 3 Carolina reapers, 5 Scorpion, 5 Ghost, 6 Scotch bonnet, 6 Habanero. I dried all the peppers then added some peppercorn, garlic, onion, and salt. Hopefully it tastes good. I’ll find out at dinner I guess 🤷♂️
