• 1-2 tsp oil/ghee
• 50g soya chunks (boiled)
• 40g low-fat paneer
• 3-4 soaked cashews
• 1 tomato
• 1/2 red bell pepper
• 50-70g mixed veggies
• 2 tbsp curd
• 1 tsp Schezwan sauce optional
• 1 bowl cooked rice
• Garlic, oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, coriander

    1️⃣Make the Sauce:
    Sauté red bell pepper in a pan. Add paneer, soaked cashews, tomato, and salt. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
    Let it cool slightly, then blend with a little cheese, curd, and water until smooth and creamy.

    2️⃣Prepare Soya Mix:
    In another pan, sauté your favorite vegetables. Add boiled soya chunks and season with oregano, chilli flakes, and black pepper.
    Cook for 2–3 minutes, then add the prepared sauce and some Schezwan sauce. Cook for another 2–3 minutes.

    3️⃣Make Herb Rice:
    In a pan, sauté garlic with oregano and chilli flakes. Add cooked rice, coriander leaves and salt, mix well.

    4️⃣Serve:
    Plate the herb rice and top it with the creamy soya mix. Serve hot and enjoy!
