  1. Ummm.. I'm a chef..just going to point out that you can't hard-boiled an egg in 7 minutes..11 minutes minimum.. and I have no clue what an 8 minute boil in the beer is going to do.. not long enough.. be better to marinate overnight

  2. Wtf was the point of partially cooking the pork before adding cold ingredients to it. Food safety classes should be mandatory.

  3. I don’t know the point of the pork with beer in glasses, just sear the pork then cut it in to strips. They did the mushrooms wrong, they should be sautéed separately to remove the moisture and concentrate the flavor. I would probably skewer each role to prevent unrolling when the meat shrinks.

  4. I'd be really worried that the glass with the pork chop will crack and explode when they're in a pan of boiling heat. Which is typical of a glass under extreme heat.

  5. Don't do your meat first you know how much bacteria is growing while you're doing all that other stuff from half cooked food waiting to be filled
