Ummm.. I'm a chef..just going to point out that you can't hard-boiled an egg in 7 minutes..11 minutes minimum.. and I have no clue what an 8 minute boil in the beer is going to do.. not long enough.. be better to marinate overnight

How do i chop with a masher?
I don’t know the point of the pork with beer in glasses, just sear the pork then cut it in to strips. They did the mushrooms wrong, they should be sautéed separately to remove the moisture and concentrate the flavor. I would probably skewer each role to prevent unrolling when the meat shrinks.
