• Onion + capsicum
• Carrot + cabbage
• Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
• Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
• Vinegar – 1 tsp
• Salt + pepper
• Chilli oil (optional)

Boil noodles → drain → toss with oil
