I think you’re worrying too much. Overwatering causes yellowing that presents similar to under fertilization — yellowing at the bottom leaves. If yellowing continues, you have a lot of foliage so for peace of mind I’d prune it off. Then keep an eye on your youngest growth on the plant. If it starts showing signs, then I would be more concerned.
I had a lot of worries of this with my tomato seedlings — ultimately found out I over watered them as my medium was staying too wet. Then I saw the signs as under fertilization and then I over-fertilized them. Nightmare lol but they’re hanging in there actually
