Russian Slav man here, I've eaten at many many food trucks here in the US(Virginia)
Torta, arepas and tacos are my favorite. A fire torta with everything on it is absolutely fire.
I tried another truck today, ordered Torta Carne…….is this normal? No avocado, no greens, weird sauce(sweet kinda) looks like some meat patty, American cheese(a first as well) and soggy fries added(a first).
2/10 and that's because I was hungry, I finished half and threw it away which I rarely ever do.
Please tell me if this is considered a Torta?
It was a Salvadorian food truck.
At least the drink(Jamaica) was good.

Only Salvadorean specific place I’ve tried was mostly a pupusa truck but I would be shocked to wee anything like this from them.
Aw they’ve hatched. Must be Roberto’s in Vegas.
