
There is a new sauce company in Portland that I got turned on to. They have a delicious Garlic Ghost Pepper sauce. It’s really mild actually, I would say maybe Tabasco level or lower. It’s a pourable sauce kind of like a vinegar BBQ consistency. The wife and kids love it and put it on everything. I had to order a couple more bottles because they ripped through it.
Flavor: Smoky ghost pepper hints with smooth garlic vinegar base. Low spice level.
Good for: Carnitas, Gumbo, Chicken wings, Pizza

P.S. I also tried the Habenero and it is also very good. Again not really hot, but tasty.
