Any advice on these saplings?

First go at this, South West England.

My first go I planted in heayed propogator tubs and kept indoors, next to a radiator so I was getting 21-28ish C temperatures. My first batch sprouted but the saplings quickly withered and died. Once they started wilting I moved them to the windowsill, still in the propogator. Tubs 2 and 4 were from thay batch but they have hardly grown in weeks.

Batch 2 I decided to keep them on the windowsill during the day and move away from the window in the night to try keep the temp a little more consistent. I have again had some sprouting but today a few have started to wilt again.

Any advice on here onwards? It is still quite mild where I am, so not sure it is warm enough for the outside yet.

    EDIT:

Reddit reversed the picture order so 3 and 5 are the first batch.

Iโ€™d get a grow light and cheap heating mat from Amazon if you can to supplement the light and provide them with a bit more warmth. Iโ€™m a fair bit further north than you and some of my plants are starting to get flower buds – though I did start them around New Year ๐Ÿคฃ
