🧾 Ingredients:
✔️ Moong Dal (dhuli) – 1 cup
✔️ Onion (pyaz) – 1 medium (finely chopped)
✔️ Garlic (lahsun) – 5–6 cloves
✔️ Green/Red Chilli – 2
✔️ Haldi, Namak, Lal Mirch
✔️ Jeera – 1 tsp
✔️ Ghee/Oil – 1 tbsp
✔️ Hara dhaniya
👩🍳 Recipe:
1. Moong dal ko wash karke 2 cup pani ke sath boil karo
2. Haldi aur namak add karke 10 min cook karo
3. Pan me oil/ghee garam karo
4. Jeera, garlic, chilli aur onion ko fry karo
5. Golden hone par tadka dal me add karo
6. Mix karke 2 min cook karo
7. Hara dhaniya dal kar serve karo
