My go to chinese dish is sweet and sour pork, chicken or fish. I just love it with a good fried rice. I also love honey king prawns. I've also recently found in my supermarket a can of meat velveting powder. I've bought it and will let you know how it goes. I've ordered your latest book but its on pre-order here in Australia but I cannot wait to get it.
This is one of my favorite takeaway dishes. Glad you’ve put a recipe up. Tried it today for lunch and I gotta say, the sugar is not optional. Needs that little bit of sweetness to kick through.
