  2. That looks so tasty Cheryl. If I make a chilli I usually use pork mince as I prefer that but definitely want to have a go with diced beef. Would be loveky over a jacket potato or mash or rice or chips or a combination of them !!!!😂

  3. I often watch for the desserts you do, but this made me sit up & take notice. We Texans have great interest in our state dish of chili! Your recipe is mostly like mine, though I add a cup of coffee and 6oz. of Porter or Stout. Since so many people mess up on chili, I can only say, 'Well done'!

  4. The spice blend and the chocolate remind me of what they call "Cincinnati Style" chili in the USA. Chili styles are very polarizing, but I like pretty much all of them.

  5. Looks good. Try it with mince beef and serve over a baked/jacket potato with some shredded cheddar cheese. Oh sooooooo good!!

  6. Thanku cheryl what a lovely recipes I usually use mince beef but I will try ur recipe looks amazing x

  7. Lovely recipe, very similar to my own recipe, minus the Worcester Sauce and I'd probably use about a quarter of the dark chocolate you use.

    I bet it smells lovely!

  8. Hi – how long should I leave it for on the stove to simmer ? I don’t have a slow cooker.

  9. This is how I always made my chilli, but shin of beef was my preferred option for the meat.
