🌶️ Curd Chilli (Dahi Mirch)
📝 Ingredients:
Green chilies – 200 grams (washed and cut into small ½ inch pieces)
Mustard oil – 2 tablespoons
Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) – ½ teaspoon
Mustard seeds (rai) – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds (jeera) – ½ teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
Mixed spice (coriander, cumin , black pepper , red chilli) – 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Curd (dahi) – 2 tablespoons
👩‍🍳 Method:
Wash the green chilies thoroughly and cut them into small ½ inch pieces.
Heat 2 tablespoons of mustard oil in a pan on medium flame.
Once the oil is hot, add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add the chopped chilies and sauté on medium to low flame for 1–2 minutes.
Add salt and turmeric powder, mix well, and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Now add the mixed spice and Kashmiri red chili powder. Cook for 1–2 minutes on medium to low flame flame.
Add 2 tablespoons of curd and keep stirring continuously to prevent curd from curdling.
Cook on medium flame to low flame until the moisture from the curd dries up and the oil starts separating.
Your delicious Dahi Mirch is ready!

Serve hot with paratha, roti, or puri.
