This recipe makes 4 servings
Ingredients
10 oz bag Impossible Steak Bites
Vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
Salt
Cumin
Garlic
Oregano
1 tbs maseca
14.5 oz fire roasted Hatch green chile
14.5 oz can fire roasted tomatoes
1 russet potato chopped
Water
1 tsp vegetable bouillon
Vegan sour cream
Recipe
Fry Impossible steak bites with oil in pot. Once fried, remove from pot and set aside. In the same pot, add more oil and sauté onion with salt, cumin, garlic, and oregano for about 5 min. Once sautéed, add back the Impossible steak bites then add the maseca and mix well to thicken slightly. Follow in with Hatch green chile and tomatoes. I like to just add the tomatoes from the can then fill up the empty can with the green chile to measure. Add potatoes. Add water until everything is covered about 1 in with water. Add vegetable bouillon. Mix well and set to boil until the potatoes are cooked (25 – 30 min). Mix in the sour cream. Enjoy with tortillas or a spoon!

Ok, so it grossed you out because it tastes like meat, that i understand, but then you realized it's not meat, so now it's fine? It would still taste like meat tho. What changed other than labeling?
