A rich and creamy chicken pasta filling stuffed inside juicy capsicum and topped with melted mozzarella—soft, cheesy, and full of flavor in every bite!

📝 Ingredients:
• Pasta (boiled & strained)
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 small onion (chopped)
• 2–3 cloves garlic (chopped)
• Chicken cubes (small pieces)
• Salt (to taste)
• Black pepper powder
• Cooking cream
• 2 cheese slices
• 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 3 capsicums (any color)
• Mozzarella cheese
• Chili flakes

👩🍳 Method:
1. Boil the pasta in a pan, strain, and keep aside.
2. In another pan, heat oil and sauté chopped onion and garlic until fragrant.
3. Add chicken cubes and cook well until done.
4. Season with salt and pepper and 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
5. Pour in cooking cream, add boiled pasta, and mix well.
6. Add cheese slices, cook until everything becomes creamy and combined. Keep aside.
7. Take 3 capsicums, cut the tops, and remove seeds.
8. Fill them with the chicken-cheese pasta mixture.
9. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and chili flakes on top.
10. Steam for 15 minutes until capsicum is soft and cheese is melted.

Serve hot with a drizzle of chili sauce or a side of garlic dip for extra flavor!
