  1. Although I really love your recipes^ you should not imply they are keto. This recipe is not keto. Keto is getting 70-85% of your calories from fats, here we have a lot of protein but not a lot of fat. Very moderate fat actually. It is high protein low carb recipe, not keto

  2. Damm!!! I have been following you from day one and I am so proud and motivated by how far a freaking fabulous you have come. Keep it up and let's fight the fight together.
    ❤️ Trinidad 🇹🇹

  3. I’m just always wondering Bea do you have a whole drawer full of your wooden spoons 😂 since that is all you will eat with 😂

  4. I felt like this was more relaxed and natural than the other recipe shorts. Finding your short-form flow–get it girl! ….

  5. I love you Bea, please keep making short-form content, but I don't see the point of this recipe, is it a soup? Is ot a stew? Why so spicy? Why do you want to suffer while eating? I will never get it… and leave Mexican food for Mexican people

  6. I've been following you for so many years at this point. It has been one of my favorite parts of the day, seeing what's next.

  7. Looks delicious, don’t forget bestie to do a nail check…I know ur new to the game don’t want Stebie or yourself to accidentally chomp on one❤

  8. One of my favourite videos of yours was when you brought us with you to the place where all the chiles were being roasted and sold! If only I had somewhere like that around me, I'd be making this ALL the time.

  9. Love seeing the cooking process and feeling like we're coming along. We don't stay keto without the meals that get and keep us there. x

  10. In my experience, a good basic saucepan dish process is:

*Bloom spices, onion, then garlic in oil (garlic last, because it will burn before onions go translucent). This blends flavors in a way that just won't happen if the spices aren't bloomed.
*Brown any meat or faux meat. Not saying this couldn't go before the spices. I just prefer flavor in everything.
*Add broth, tomato sauce, etc. Basically, whatever your liquids.
*Add any beans or lentils you want. Fiber is your best defense against carbs.
*Simmer or pressure cook. The InstantPot pot works fine on your stove top if you don't want to use the sauté mode for previous steps.

This works for chili, dal, stew, etc. that you can make and portion out for ready meals.
