I tried making flour tortillas tex mex style. They didn’t come out good. Any tips? Should I use a specific type of flour dough?

-no flavor
-dough was a bit sticky but I was able to pull it off the counter, I let it sit for 30 min+ before rolling

I think I could use more butter or bacon grease
