Litti Sattu Filling Ingredients:
Sattu (Roasted Gram Flour)
Crushed Red Chili & Green Chilies
Amchur Powder & Lemon Juice
Kalonji (Nigella seeds) & Rai (Mustard seeds)
Turmeric & Salt
Finely chopped Onion & Garlic
Mustard Oil
Mango Pickle (Aam ka Achar)
Instructions:
Prepare a firm dough using wheat flour.
Mix all the filling ingredients together to make the flavorful sattu masala.
Stuff the masala into small dough balls and shape them.
Roast them on a litti oven or grill until golden brown.
Dip them in hot Desi Ghee and serve with Chokha!
