Zone 6b in Kentucky
Should I harden off or wait since the weather is so up and down.
And more importantly should I fertilize these or wait? I have the fox farm trio, and have been considering what to do. I need guidance to hopefully get these properly fruiting.

Those seem too small to go outside yet, and your soil should be sufficient for now. I don’t start using fertilizer until they’ve grown a bit more.
