How should I be fertilizing these guys? I did a half teaspoon to 32 ounces last time. Not sure the best solution to mix up and how to split it amongst the trays. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Btw- if the guy that sent out the Scotch Bonnet seeds sees this post, those scotch bonnets are doing great in Oregon zone 8b.
That fish emulsion fertilizer isn’t a great stand alone fertilizer. It doesn’t have enough P and K in it. Are you using any other fertilizer? It’s best used as a supplement to another fertilizer.
Most of the plants are big enough to take full doses of food. Which you’re giving them the bottom edge of that. You could double or triple it. I would keep it at the one teaspoon per 32oz, and add another teaspoon of a balanced or low nitrogen and high P and K water soluble fertilizer.
