DIY/Copycat Samyang Buldak Recipe – any ideas?


Anyone have a “lookalike” recipe to make this stuff ([https://www.nanuko.de/Samyang-Buldak-Sauce-200g/en](https://www.nanuko.de/Samyang-Buldak-Sauce-200g/en) – the black one as I assume the Red just has more chilli extract or whatever) at home? Buying it and importing takes months to arrive thanks to our dismal postal service and costs huge $ in my country. My local korean supermarket stocks the noodle packs but not the sauce.
