A healthy homemade one pot chili recipe that the whole family will love!
Ingredients
-2 small yellow onions
-2 green peppers
Chopped to desired size
-2lbs of bison burger
Browned then rmvd from pan
-1 can into beans
-1 can kidney beans
Rinsed
-16oz water
Seasonings
-Salt
-Pepper
-Cumin
-Garlic powder
-Chili powder
-1 cube beef bullion
You may need more seasoning than you think. This will be diluted in water.
Follow instructions in video. Let simmer for 1-2 hours!
We love it with served with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese!
