Back again with my new recipe, in this video I’ll be showing spicy and
tasty Indian appetizer/starter “Paneer Chili”. Bellow I’ll be specifying my
recipe with all specification, amount of ingredients and garnishing.

Recipe in detail –

– Take paneer cubes (1/2 kg) in the mixing bowl.

Seasoning for marination
– Add ginger paste (1 tsp) & garlic paste (1 tsp).
– Add cumin powder (Jeera powder) – (1 tsp)
– Add black pepper powder – (1 tsp)
– Add 1 pinch of thyme.
– Add red chili powder – (1 tsp)
– Add salt – (1 tsp)
– Add lemon juice – ( 1 tbsp)
– Add coriander as per requirement
– Add corn flour – (1/2 medium size bowl)
– Add refined flour – (1/2 medium size bowl)
– Mix them properly.
– Add some water to make batter out of it. keep for 30 min.
– Take oil in kadhai for deep frying and put marinated paneer in it.
– Fry until it gets golden color.

– Take a wok/ kadhai and add oil (2tbsp).
– Add garlic (2tbsp) ginger (1tbsp). Saute it well.
– Add half length cut chili or make julienne strips.
– Add dried red chili. Saute it.
– Add onion cubical cut. Add capsicum cubical cut.
– Add 1 medium size bowl of sour curd and add red chili sauce (1 tbsp)
– Add food color (2 pinch), salt – (1 tsp), black pepper – (1/2 tsp), add spring onion and saute it for 2 to 3 min. and add fried paneer in it.
– Cook it well and add spring onion and serve hot.
