After two months on high-dose estrogen, I am no longer able to tolerate extra spicy chicken tenders. I loved being part of the spicy community, but these days are sadly over, I’m getting mild or at most medium spicy tenders next time!

Can estrogen really affect your taste like that? I had no idea.
Medium spicy tenders is still something! Even among spice enjoyers not everyone is a “I eat fist fulls of raw reapers” person haha.
Does it work where you you rebuild your tolerance?
